Martinique terroir, Trois Rivières has, for three centuries,
captured the essence and exceptional character of its
heritage.

Before there was rhum,
there was water

The turquoise waters of Martinique are synonymous with Trois Rivières. It is in this water that our sugar canes dip their feet – across 1,700 hectares – becoming the most fundamental of elements that inspired our Estate’s very name. After all, it is nestled between the Caribbean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the famous three rivers – Oman, Bois d’Inde and Saint Pierre – that the island’s largest and oldest plantation was born in 1660.

Something in the wind

The essence of the ocean blows over the Trois Rivières estate, caressing its historical windmill’s wings. Once used to crush sugar cane, it has been a witness to our evolution.

A new era

Since, the site was modernized and dedicated to the production of our agricultural rhum, which we make using the purest fresh cane juice. In 1980, the expression of our savoir-faire – and our terroir – set off on its international journey.

We infuse our exceptional rhums with the raw power of nature, paying tribute to the richness of the southern Martinique terroir.

The aromatic essence of all our agricultural rhums flows from deep within our home-grown sugar cane. Our artisanal production methods, passed down from generation to generation, release all the flavors of the south of Martinique’s soil.

Our Cellar Master

Our savoir-faire is guarded by Cellar Master Daniel Baudin since 1991. Every day is a celebration of our heritage, which was awarded the prestigious Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Rhum de la Martinique seal back in 1996.
