With the towering Saint Luce windmill as your only compass, venture to the southernmost tip of Martinique and discover a land dominated by the elements. Bathed in tropical sunlight, and cradled between the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean, the island’s oldest and largest sugarcane estate opens its doors to you, revealing the unique wealth of the Trois Rivières terroir.
Discover the traditional craft of AOC pure cane rhums. Our guided tours are a unique immersive experience in Martinique, a deep dive into the heart of our Estate.
The full story of our pure cane rhum’s creation is told through a sound and light experience, which is followed by a tasting during which the freshness, minerality and singularity of our rhums come to life.
Conclude your visit with a detour through the estate’s boutiques. Bring the experience home with a stop by the Moulin boutique, where you will find all our AOC-certified white, amber, and aged pure cane rhums. To cap things off, explore the many facets of Martinican savoir-faire in the artisan boutiques, the gardens and the mangrove.
