This short drink, reminiscent of the hushed atmosphere of yesteryear, pays homage to the famous protagonist of Hugo Pratt’s work. With intense and bitter notes, the Corto Maltese is born from the union of spicy manzanilla, bitter vermouth and the unique brinish notes of our Rhum Vieux de l’Océan – the perfect expression of Southern Martinique’s connection to the ocean.

0.8 0.8 2.5	Dry vermouth

HOW TO COMBINE

1	Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Mix, then pour directly into a coupette.

HOW TO TASTE

Garnish with lime peel.
